For make this autumn crown I used a multi-grain flour made from soft wheat, durum wheat, whole grain barley flour, whole oat flour and a number of seeds (sesame, fennel flour, nigella , anise and flaxseed). In addition to its nutritional value and its health benefits, this mixture gives a very tasty bread. This ring can be used as a table centerpiece waiting to be tasted.
