Daring Bakers – Chocolate Pavlovas and Chocolate Mascarpone Mousse

I missed the last two Daring Bakers Challenges, but now I’m back! Unfortunately I have to say this challenge wasn’t really my thing. Meringues we made before. To make a change it had been nice if we had to do an Italian or Swiss Meringue. Anyway, I did it. First I prepared the Meringue the following day I wanted to make the Chocolate Mascarpone Mousse, but what surprise, when I opened the Mascarpone, there was no Mascarpone rather a furry something. So I used Ricotta instead, a good substitute.
