Emily created this new event, which should raise breast cancer awareness. Breast cancer is not exclusively a disease of women. For every 100 women with breast cancer, 1 male will develop the disease. Early detection is important and can save your life. Awareness is important! Of course I support this event, too. But as my fridge is quiet empty I had to improvise.
Pink Raspberries Mascarpone Dream
Ingredients for 1 person
60 g Raspberries, defrosted
100 g Mascarpone
1 tb Icing sugar
1 tb Coconut flakes
Place on or two raspberries aside, for decoration. Mix the raspberries, Mascarpone, icing sugar and coconut flakes. Fill in a glass put the raspberries and some coconut flakes on the top.

Mascarpone ist DER Hammer…leider viel zu kalorienreich… :-(

Ab und zu kann man sich schon mal so was gönnen. ;-) Ansonsten kann man es auch mit Quark oder Joghurt machen.
