Voilà my sandwich for Slashfood’s Sandwich Day:

Slashfood's Sandwich Day: Spain-meets-Italy-Sandwich

It’s a sort of “what’s in the fridge”- sandwich. I had some jamon de serrano (typical ham of Spain), Mozarella (Italian cheese), a boiled egg, grilled red pepper of yesterday’s BBQ and a homemade Pesto in the fridge, but no bread.

No bread no sandwich!!??!

So I had to bake quickly some Pizza-Ciabattine with Spanish olives…
