Announcing Bread Baking Day #31 – Let’s go nuts for BBD’s 3rd anniversary and win a giveaway!

This month we celebrate the third anniversary of Bread Baking Day. Every month enthusiastic bread baker from all over the world bake bread following a specific theme. Thanks to the wonderful hosts and participants Bread Baking Day has become a well-established event. Thank you folks!

Last month Natashya from Living in the Kitchen with Puppies invited us to bake twisted bread. Many people from all over the world decided to do the twist with her! Check out the multi-post round-ups (part 1, part 2, part 3 and part 4) Natashya made.

Now, are you ready to go nuts?

For this month’s theme I’ve chosen bread with nuts.

Hazelnuts, Peanuts, Walnuts, Almonds and Brazil nuts, Pistachios, Pecans, Macadamia Nuts, Pine Nuts, Coconut, hemp seeds. Some of listed are not botanically true nuts, however just use them for your bread. You may bake a bread with a single nut in focus or may use a variety of nuts. It’s up to you how nutty you want to get. I’m looking forward to see your creations!

How to participate in BDD #31?

• Bake a yeasted bread with nuts, savory or sweet.
• Post about it on your blog with a link back to this post.
• Fill in the submission form below and your post will be listed in the roundup.
• Please only one entry per blog.
• Your recipe can be written in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian. All other languages please translate to one of these languages.
• Last day of submission is July 1st, 2010.
