This morning I had the idea to blog live about the making of the Country Bread I’m baking for Mellow Bakers. Unfortunately the battery of my camera was low. So it´s not really live blogging.
Yeasterday evening I prepared the preferment. This morning it looked like this
I made the dough, two folding
and it’s now rising again in the slightly preheated oven (about 30 C).
Just formed a loaf and now it´s rising in the banneton.
