Ils ont adoré façonner, dorer et parsemer de graines ces petits pains moelleux. Et par dessus tout, ils se sont régalés en les garnissant de leurs ingrédients préférés !

Mein herbstlicher Urkornlaib ist eine Mischbrot mit Dinkelsauerteig, hat einen mildaromatischen, leicht nussigen Geschmack, eine lockere, mittelgroße Porung. Die Krume ist saftig und gut elastisch, die Kruste ist schön rösch, in rustikaler Optik.
