In the morning normaly I take only a piece of bread with homemade jam. For the Weekend Breakfast Blogging, hosted by Pavani of Cook’s Hideout , I was looking for something different, so I was quite happy when I saw the Lemon Ricotta Muffin recipe on Rosa’s blog.

I did only the half of the dough, reduced the sugar a little bit and baked them in my pink Fiorini-silicon-molds. That’s why I changed the name to Lemon Ricotta Fiorini.
