WHB #90: Bucatini with basil, courgette and marinated feta

For WHB #87 I marinated feta. Some of the feta and marinade I used for the following delicious pasta. As I did not just want to use the marinated feta for Weekend Herb Blogging, this week hosted by Chris from Mele Cotte, I added some basil and courgette. A tasty combination!

Bucatini with basil, courgette and marinated feta
serves 1

WHB #90: Bucatini with basil, courgette and marinated feta

1 small courgette
1 small onion
salt, pepper
feta and marinade
basil
100 g Bucatini

Heat some of the marinade in a wide, shallow non-stick pan, fry the courgette cut into rounds. After 5 minutes add the finely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime cook the Bucatini in plenty of salted water, drain when „al dente“, then pour into the pan with the courgette (courgette should be brown and tender). Add marinated feta pieces, some of the marinade and the basil, then serve hot.
