Shut, the whole live blogging didn´t work as I wished. I was struggling with the touchpad of my new notebook. Until yesterday I was only using a mouse. Now I have cramped fingers. ;-)
Nevertheless I managed to bake the Country Bread.
Crispy crust and soft crumb. Just perfect!
A bread I will bake for sure again.

This is my fifth bread for the Mellow Bakers, till now I made the Rustic Bread, the Light Rye Bread, the 40 % Rye with Caraway and the The Roasted Potato Bread.
