As I have a lot of rosemary in the garden, even blooming ones, I added rosemary to my delicious Pizza topping.
Fry the onion, zucchini and rosemary about 7 minutes in a pan. Add salt and pepper.
Roll the dough thin, the ends up a little. Spread tomato sauce on the dough. Top with cheese and then with prepared zucchini-rosemary-onion-mix. Spread some drops of olio santo. Bake it for 10-15 Minutes in the preheated oven (250C). It should be lightly brown.
